Tess brings decades of retail and fashion experience to her work, including founding and operating her own brick-and-mortar boutique, LuLu, in Colorado. After moving to Arizona in 2010, she joined her sisters, Ann and Jenny, at My Sister’s Closet, where she played a key role in merchandising, planogram development, visual displays, social media, public relations and advertising. Best known for her role as Chief Fashion Officer, Tess helped shape the company’s fashion-forward identity and customer experience.

She has also served as an advisor to My Sisters’ Charities. Tess currently lives in Scottsdale with her rescue doodle, Rooney, and is the proud mother of Emily.
